Globe and Mail reporter Ann Hui was surprised, as were many consumers, to learn that not all products that get called “organic” in Ontario are actually certified under the Canada Organic Regime. In her story, published Tuesday, Ann Hui explains the gap in regulation, and draws attention to some of the confusion around this issue.
