Ontario Organic Day at Queen’s Park

Join OCO on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 for one of the most important days of the year for Ontario’s organic sector!

An exciting full day event led by the Organic Council of Ontario, Ontario Organic Day is an opportunity for you and other Ontario organic operators and public stakeholders to engage meaningfully with Members of Provincial Parliament (MPPs) and staff from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) at Queen’s Park on the regulatory and business priorities that are important to Ontario organics.

Organic Day starts at 8:30 AM with the OCO Welcome & Policy Meeting at the Central Toronto YMCA. Following a group photo and lunch break, breakout groups will head to the Queen’s Park into meetings from 12:30PM to 4:30PM with MPPs from yours and others ridings to discuss the organic goals and priorities of Ontario.

The day will conclude with the highly anticipated Ontario Organic Day Reception from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, where we will be showcasing the delicious bounty of Ontario’s organic foods and beverages for all to enjoy and learn about.
