Organic groups call for Ontario regulations

John Greig covers the Canada Organic Trade Association’s recent State of Organics: Federal-Provincial-Territorial report in this article, released July 17th in Grainews.

This piece does an especially good job of speculating as to why government has not acted on this in Ontario, as well as pointing out some of the other issues that arise when we talk about provincial regulation, and indicating the need for organic-specific data, which could be met by regulation.
